YCH7-125 Series Isolating Switches are suitable for switching on or off circuits of mixed resistive and inductive loads with AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage 230V to 400V and rated current up to 125A, including appropriate overload, for switching on or isolating lines from power supply. The product has the function of opening and closing indication, which is especially suitable for effectively isolating the power supply during line maintenance, so as to ensure the operation safety of maintenance personnel. It is mainly used as the main switch of terminal electrical appliances, and can also be used to control various motors, low-power electrical appliances and lighting infrequently.

Use and maintenance

Unpacking inspection

Check whether the isolating switch is damaged during transportation, and should have the instruction manual and product certificate. Carry out several mechanical operations on the isolating switch to confirm that the product is in good condition.

Installation method

When installing, clip the isolation switch into the mounting rail to fix the product on the mounting rail. When the product needs to be removed, pull the mounting card down to remove it. Refer to Table 2 for wire use.

Run

Check whether the wiring is correct; Make sure that the terminals of connecting wires should be fastened without loosening.

Push the handle upward in the "I" direction, which is the closed state of the isolating switch; Push the handle down in the "O" direction, and the isolating switch is open.

Maintenance

Isolating switches should be checked regularly when running, and the inspection period depends on the surrounding conditions.

In the process of use, storage and transportation, the isolating switch should be prevented from falling and colliding, and should not be attacked by rain and snow.

Instructions for Ordering

When ordering, users should indicate the product model, rated current, pole number, quantity and other requirements of isolating switches.

Example: 880 sets of YCH7-125 3P/63A (880 sets of products with rated current of 63A at three poles of YCH7-125 disconnector).
